RETURNS STEPS

Have your order number handy.
- Print out your return label and attach it to your package
- Drop your package off at your nearest Australia Post location within 14 days.
- You will receive an email as soon as we have received your item/s, and when your return has been processed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Full-priced items are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit. This includes full-priced items with welcome and birthday discount codes applied.
Sale items or items purchased during a sale are only eligible for a store credit or exchange, unless deemed faulty by our team.
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged, unless deemed faulty by our team.
Australian customers only - return shipping is a $13 flat fee per order and $20 for orders with more than one item. You can print your labels online and just drop your parcel off at a post office.
International customers - need to return items at their own expense. We don't
offer return labels at this point in time.

All returns outside of AUS (UK and NZ) please reach out to us at shop@aliasmae.com and send your tracking and receipt so we can process your order.
We accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase date.
All merchandise must be returned in original, unworn condition with all original Alias Mae packaging. If your return fails to meet these conditions, your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
The cost of the return postage is automatically deducted from the return, unless the item has been deemed faulty or there was a dispatch error.

We welcome you to exchange your shoes for either a new size or colour or a different style. Our online portal will guide you through the process. We also offer Instant Exchanges, so you can receive your new shoes as soon as possible.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team at shop@aliasmae.com with your order details and photos.
If your item is found to be faulty or damaged, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACCC). A product may be considered faulty if it contains a manufacturing defect, or exhibits damage that is clearly due to a fault in materials or workmanship.
Items showing normal wear and tear are not considered faulty, including:
- Worn or marked finishes (leather, textile or patent leather)
- Scuffed soles or heels
- Stretched straps and leather
- Torn straps
Returns for faulty items will be accepted within a reasonable time frame following assessment by our Customer Care team.
Occasionally, warehouse errors can occur. If you’ve received an incorrect item, please keep the original packaging and contact the Alias Mae team as soon as possible. We’ll need photos of the parcel exactly as it arrived, and we’re unable to accept the incorrect pair if they have been worn.
Once Alias Mae receives your return, please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
If you return an item that was given to you as a gift, Alias Mae will process the refund back to the original customer.
Gift cards may not be returned.
The Customer Service team operates on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in Melbourne, Australia) from 10am until 4.30pm Australian Eastern Standard/Daylight Savings Time.
