We're sorry you're not 100% happy with your Alias Mae purchase but not to worry! We still love you.
We've just made returns so much easier with our new Returns portal. Just return your items within 30 days of your ship date for a refund, store credit or exchange. You can shop online for your exchange item and we'll even give you an extra $10 credit to use if you choose to exchange over refund or store credit.
Return shipping is a $13 flat fee for one item and $20 for more than one (in Australia). You can print your labels online and just drop your parcel off at a post office - easy!
Please note, if you purchased your item before the 17/02/22 you will need to contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your return.

2. Print out your return label and attach it to your package
3. Drop your package off at your nearest Australia Post location within 14 days.
4. You will receive an email as soon as we have received your item/s, and when your return has been processed.
Return shipping costs may vary, so our International customers will need to return items at their own expense. We don't offer return labels at this point in time.
OUR RETURN POLICY
- We accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase date
- All merchandise must be returned in original, unworn condition with all original Alias Mae packaging. If your return fails to meet these conditions, your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
- Please note, if you have purchased a Pre-Order item, your 30 day return period begins from the dispatch date of your order
- The cost of the return postage is automatically deducted from the return, unless the item has been deemed faulty or there was a dispatch error.
Items purchased at full-price are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit. This includes full-priced items with First Purchase and Birthday discount codes applied.
Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale are only eligible for a store credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
This also includes items purchased with a discount code.
Gift cards may not be returned.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty item. Purchases claimed as faulty will need to undertake an official assessment by the Alias Mae quality assurance team. If you believe you have received a faulty product, note faulty as the reason for your return in the portal we will contact you so we can begin the assessment process.
Faulty products purchased from Alias Mae stockists are required to be returned to the place of purchase.
PROCESSING TIMES FOR RETURNS
Once Alias Mae receives your return, please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
WHO GETS THE REFUND IF I RETURN A GIFT?
If you return an item that was given to you as a gift, Alias Mae will process the refund back to the original customer.
