All orders placed before 9am AEST will be processed and shipped that day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 9am AEST will be sent the next business day.

Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery (except for WA, please allow a maximum of 3 business days for delivery). For peace of mind, all packages within Australia are delivered via Startrack or Australia Post. If there is no one present to accept your delivery, Australia Post will leave a notice advising that your parcel will be retrievable from a nearby depot (or as indicated on the undeliverable notice).

Orders placed in Sale periods (such as Vogue Online) may experience a delay due to high quantity of sales and extra pressure on the warehouse team. Please note, orders made outside the sale period are ineligible for the sale price.

Tip: If you work during business hours, then your workplace address would be ideal. Please include a business name with all business addresses. 

Please note: Victorian orders will be sent via Australia Post which you will receive notifications to your email about shipping. Interstate orders with Authority to Leave checked as Yes are sent via StarTrack Express and all that are checked as No are sent via Australia Post.

Please be careful to check all billing and shipping information before an order is placed, as orders are processed quickly and changes are unable to be made once they've been received.  This also includes changing styles, colours and/or sizes.

We are also not able to cancel any PRE-ORDER styles, as these are immediately sent to our manufacturer to order.

Orders placed after 9am AEST will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day.

Shipping is via DHL Express. Any import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are unfortunately not possible with international shipping, so please take care to make sure your order is correct. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at the checkout.

Please be aware that shipping costs (particulalry to remote areas) can exceed the price of some sale items, in which case the customer will be advised that the order is cancelled and will be refunded.
